Yes I am also curious as to why you would book with a T/A. I am staying at the Tegal Sari in a few weeks and booked directly with the hotel, as I did last year. I had to give front & back of credit card this year. I asked why the back as last year this wasn't necessary and was told that there has been a change in bank management and the new CEO now requires this extra info. When I checked out of the hotel last year I was given their copy of the fax with my details. Impressed with this. I deal direct as I want to know which rooms are available for my stay and then I decide which room I want. Treating myself this time and am staying in the duplex. 4 poster bed and my own spa....mmmmm.... Enjoy, Stormy
