Wizard Mastercard

I know they do not charge ATM fees but do they charge a Currency Conversion fee? I used an Earth Mastercard which was advertised as not charging any overseas fees, but when I got my statement it did have a fee... supposedly charged by Mastercard.. not Westpac the provider
