Heard from my travel agent Island Bound today. I was due to pay for my next trip in early March but Garuda are asking them to get everyone travelling in the school holiday peak time to pay by Thursday or loose the booking. The reason given was that the flights are all full and they want to know now if anyone is going to cancell so that they can re-release them.
OK I paid a bit rude of Garuda but who really cares as long as we get there!!! However whilst chomping on my rather nice Vietnamese meal it pinged into my mind that this may be good news for wait listed people.. Hello wait listed people. Maybe it might be worth ringing your travel agent.
