How anyone can compare one from the other is beyond me. It's like comparing an apple and a watermelon.... apart from the fact they're both fruits they're completely different.

I have spent wonderful quality family time at both places.... I would go once again and spend wonderful family quality time at both places.

Some of you have said there is nothing to do.... so what.... some people enjoying 'doing nothing' on their holidays. Not everyone wants to be zipping from A to B to C continually. Lots of people love Rotto for it's peace and quiet, the relative safety for the kids (no vehicles to speak of), the beaches.

Don't get me wrong.... I think it was a silly segment to run..... it's always best to compare apples with apples otherwise you can't have a true comparison.

The bottom line though is.... some people love Rotto, hate Bali, some love Bali hate Rotto and believe it or not some love both!

So probably best not to go trashing one of WA's most popular tourist destinations with comments that there is nothing to do there etc etc.... Depends on personal opinion as to whether there is anything to do there or not.
