This change is an Airline security measure not a Customs Regulation. Your Duty free dockets will suppositly now be tsken by the airlines at time of checking in your luggage rather than by customs. Do not know how this will hold up the lines at check in whilst everyone now repacks their bags, Luky for me this wioll be a couple of months before we fly so all may be black and white. Am sure the city duty free stores will not be sitting back allowing this to happen
