called Asri Shop. Sells clothes, western and balinese (I bought a nice kebaya there in January), food, drinks, cigarettes etc. including coke, diet coke. Other than some souvenier shops, there is not much choice in clothing shops, so it's not a shopping experience like down South. You can go sailing, snorkelling to Amuk Bay, do a trip to Padang Bai and visit the two lovely beaches over the hills either side of the main harbour. One of the Lotus chain restaurants is there, more pricey than other restaurants but I had a nice nasi camphur there a few years ago.
