Loosen up sweetheart...you sound like the sort of person who walks into a room with a white glove on checking it for dust!! You are in Bali.....what about the location. Waterbom Park metres away, on the beach, next to Kartika Plaza and Centro etc etc etc etc. Need I go on.....there may be a few shortcomings but then that's why it's a bit cheaper. Oh - and dont forget the wonderful people there! Go somewhere else and don't give the BGH such a negative report...we have never had a problem there and for you to give it such an unflattering synopsis is totally unwarranted.
