What are you expecting in a hotel lets see?buffet breakfast yep most days fried toast,fried rice,small savoury sausages sometimes srambled eggs and small pancakes a toaster that takes for ever to toast,orange juice which is actually cordial and fruits that arnt always the freshest.Accomodation - depends on your room if your bathroom has recently been madeover very basic cleaned daily, shower dribbles water and is not always hot!just had a plague of coackroaches and mice but thats typical ball a bit of spray down the drain pipe keeps them at bay.A toilet that can leak all night and bathroom doors that jamn damn inconvenient in middle of the night.Air conditioners some good some bad no opening windows so airconditioning is it, sometimes its so hot you have to leave them running(they sound like jetareoplanes but you get used to it)then you wake up about 5am freezing,they need a good clean but thats easy enough.The pool on most days is sparkling clean thanks to old Wayan whos a master in the garden ,some days well you know its debaterable whether its too clean?you have to watch the sharp tiles on edges of the pool they are like razors and the pool lights are hanging out of the walls Mr.Gindra said they were wired incorrect and cant be put in because they may be dangerous.The pool bar is never open yet you can sit up there on the stools in the water that leave a nasty rash.Theres a lack of deck chair the french and germans do morning towel drops so they keep them available for their afternoon naps by the pool.There was a cat invasion there till last week when the french complained and all the little kittens mysteriously disappeared over night.Okay thats all the not so wonderful things about the sinar hotel(and honest)these are the things that make staying there a wonderful experience youll have by really enjoying the balinese style accomodation this is no party hotel its mostly full of business people who want cheap accommodation,older people who want some peace,its quiet relaxing,small,friendly,safe and down to earth accommodation dont go to the sinar if you dont want to kick back and run into the same people everyday and have a chat with your room cleaner or get your same day laundry back three days later?this is a small magic hotel no frills but you will feel like you are in bali!Party people stay away theres nothing for you to drink at the bar theres no loud music theres no fancy waiters theres no slides for the kids theres just wonderful people you do their best to give you a great time! does this sound like where you would want to stay?????????
