spoke to the person who consummed the drinks, weird but true. I was honest in all our conversations to them, we spoke a few times on the phone that day I told them i don't know how many he drank I can only say how many was on the table after all i didn't drink them, I told them if we were at home he would of drove he was fine, they were told very clearly he had it while at the restaurant and that we had walked had coffee/ tea at a friends place before walking a long way to the hotel, they were told he had slept before the fall. NEVER ever throught out this whole process did they speak to my husband weird that. Is there any other information you are not clear with?
Funny that you say "I think any inmsurer would have refused in the first instance under those circumstances."
Our private australian medical insurance said and i quote we would of covered you if you were in Australia even if you was totally intoxicated and climbed a tree and fell. Since when was you an expert? Thought you was a kindergarten teacher not an insurance person.
I shared my experiences good and bad, if you don't want to read it don't, no one is twisting anyones arms.
