Hey all, Flagdogrose is right the oil is widely used for aromatherapy and in many natural modalities also widely avaliable even here in Aust. Although its origin is definately Indonesia. :)

Cajeput is a colourless or pale yellow to greenish oil with a fresh, eucalyptus-like, camphoraceous aroma.
Botanical Name Melaleuca cajeputi
Part of Plant Used Leaves and twigs
Country of Origin Indonesia
Properties
Cajeput oil may be used in a massage oil for the temporary relief of headaches, arthritis, rheumatism and muscular aches and pain. Can be used as an inhalation for the temporary relief of respiratory problems such as coughs and colds, flu, sinusitis and mucous congestion.
Character. The fresh scent of cajeput is purifying, uplifting and energising.

Precautions
Cajeput oil is considered to be non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitising. Not to be used on children under two years of age without medical advice.
