With all due respect to Bali (love the place), their winemakers (nice people I'm sure), their end product(sad but true), Hatten have been trying for a long time but unfortunately Dougie, half of what you said was true.
Didiaust,if you appreciate a half decent wine, either take your Bethany white port with you, or head straight to Wine of the Gods on Sanur bypass and stock up with Chard, Sem/Sauv Blanc or reds for your stay.
I'll be doing that in June for when I'm all bintanged out with Mr Bloody.
