The bali rani. We stayed there in January and found it very suitable for us. Close to centro's, walking distance to kuta square as well as many other cafes and bars In which all of those mentioned you , there isn't any taxi involved, you can just walk!! We were a family of five and honestly my kids were probably the only 3 kids there during our 13 day stay so you should be able to enjoy the peace also.
