There is Alang Alang hotel, food quality varies and I think it depends on how busy they are.
Puri Mas hotel - not bad for lunch or dinner, similar menu to Qunci.
Holiday Inn - reasonable quality hotel restaurant.
There is a budget place called Santai that does not have a restaurant, but guests eat from a set menu which is local food with a difference, the difference being no meat, brown rice, spicy but not as firey as the real local food. You sit around a low table with everyone else on cushions and can be a great place to meet some interesting people. If you want to have dinner there you need to book by 10am at their reception desk.
There are also plenty of good restaurants in Senggigi, and places like Secret Garden which is highly recommended. All the good restaurants will do a pick up from Qunci.
BTW - the photos of Qunci are pretty accurate. It is a nice boutique hotel.
