word of warning to everyone. qantas as far as im concerned are rude and dont want people to go on their airline. i had a smashed large light that cost me 50 aust dollars from bali (the ones that have a scene on the front and sound) and they did not even appologise. the wait in perth for a flight home was 5 hours and we were tired. the flight was changed at the last minuet as daylight saving has commenced in perth and we did not have enough time to get on the early flight from denpassar. all this after we had booked and payed for the holiday. i will find another way to get to bali next time with garuda which in the air take better care of their passengers.
