I have done the Casa Luna and the Tegal Sari classes. I much prefered the Tegal Sari. The classes was out over looking the rice fields with the monkey forest in the back ground, fantastic views. I liased with the hotel a few months before and asked for certain dishes to be taught. There was 5 of us in a class all hands on, didnt miss out on a thing. After we cooked everything we sat down to a candle light dinner with the chef and ate. I think that cost us about $25AUD each, with a small gift from the Hotel Manager. Class went for about 3 hours. Well worth looking into.
