Hi Dennis,
I stayed at the Lokha Hotel December 2005 for 2 weeks.
Our room was lovely, very clean and spacious.
Breakfast is great buffet style, but if there are not many people in the hotel, you order breakfast off the menu.
We also ate dinner there a couple of times, the food was great, along with prices.
The pool is lovely with plenty of pool lounges.
If you stay there, ask for a room away from JL Padma Road.
Also try the Losari Hotel in Garlic lane, you can get a poolside room for around 225,00 a night, very nice rooms with everything in it.
