The review in trip advisor is Novotel Tanjung Benoa (near Nusa Dua) not Novotel Nusa Dua itself. Novotel Nusa Dua is a new hotel (I wonder if it is already opened) so I don't think there is a review about the hotel in trip advisor yet. Would love to see your review about Novotel Nusa Dua in the trip advisor.
