Going to bali

im heading to bali with some friends at the end of the year and i was jsut wondering if anyone has stayed at the baleka beach resort in Legian because we are on a tight budget and it looks like a nice cheap place. Also where are the best night clubs around that area? Any other advice or suggestions on where to go and what to do is welcome
