if you get bali belly get hotel doctor asap.bali belly is extreme vomiting,diarrhoea,severe stomach cramps and you just feel like you want to die.if you get the real thing you will know it.travelers trots(the runs)can be fixed asap with imodium.yea i know it stops you up,but who wants to hang around hotel for 3 or 4 days waiting for trots to clear.
