Ok I rang again this morning and it seems that only really West Australians can claim and that is providing they have the old Super Extras cover as I do.
Anyone in Australia can claim if they have My Option cover only and they can then only claim up to $200.
So I got him to double chack and took his name and boy am I hanging on to my super extras cover that they keep trying to get me to update !!!
Sorry guys if you don't come under those credentials.
