Hi,

I am going to Bali for three months and, because of a health condition, will be bringing some prescription medication and quite a lot of supplements with me. The supplements are not prescription medication, so I am worried that they will arouse some suspicion at immigration (some of them are even white powders!!).

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing before? Can you let me know if it was a problem at immigration?

I thought I could get my doctor to stick some labels on the supplement bottles, saying they were given by him. I was also going to ask him to write a letter outlining my condition and the supplements I am taking. Is there anything else I could do?

Also, what are the chemists on Bali like? (compared to Aust chemists). I need to take Ural and want to know if I could buy it there rather than bringing boxes with me.

Thanks!!

Emma
