Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for - but then that's not what cheap eats are for, are they? :)

For anyone staying on, or wandering past Jl Padma Utara, Legian Snacks does very tasty Indo dishes at very cheap prices. They will even package the food up for take away if you stop in on your way back to the hotel - something I used to do in preference to getting room service (which is crap at MBR).

Cheap prices - eg, Nasi goreng udang (prawns) Rp13,000.
