i have travelled to bali many times and have certainly eaten at other restaurants the others werent mentioned just a cheap dig at people who choose too eat at Indo! i certainly dont do it to sit on kerry or miltons table as you suggested..As for the life style my family live in bali iam more than aware off the lifestyle thanks....
