I've eaten at Indonational
Food was very unimpressive. Not bad, just not "good".
I'll never eat there again, not because the place is bad, just that there are so many better places to eat. However, there seems to be a split of opinion on Indonational, so I guess everyone should try it for themselves. Those who like it will return again and again, and the others (like me) will move on.
I tend to eat more "native" and asian, and I think that might also explain the "split" opinions.
Also, in the spirit of contributing: let me make a suggestion:
There is a Thai restaurant where I have always had good meals and not expensive:
It is on (I think the name is) Rum Jungle Road. Not far from its intersection with Jalan Padma Utara.
Sorry I don't know the name but it is on the right as you walk away form Padma Utara.

A couple of suggestions for super budget:
Warung Yogya (or Jogja?) on Jalan Padma Utara near and diagonally across street from Loji store. (Nasi Campur)
Bamboo restaurant on Poppies I next to TJ's mexican (fish curry with rice, rp 9500?)and a huge menu, all cheap.
