Hotel Aneka Lovina

has anyone either stayed at or seen this hotel recently? The other hotel I am also considering is the Puri Bagus in Lovina. I know the hotels are in an entirely different category but it seems that the Aneka is within walking distance of the town, while the Puri Bagus is rather isolated. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
