another option is to go back to Janoko but take your own fabric.
Can buy mens suiting here so take what you deem as good quality.
I also know that TinaG uses Brisbane Tailors and she has tailored ladies clothes made.
The other place that I as a sewer have visited in Bali, is Alta Moda for excellent fabrics but they are not cheap. They are also tailors.
As they post fashion invites to Australia...perhaps they are whom you should visit. They sell Dior, Valentino etc etc.
Don't tell me thats not what you wanted to hear as no one can ever learn too much and one of us might just have a good idea :) :)
