We stayed there 2 years ago - small boutique hotel. We were a family of 4 in two adjoining superior rooms. It was a lovely hotel and the staff remember you etc. Breakfast was great sitting watching the beach. Great restaurants around - walking distance, especially the ones on the beach access road, Zanzibar is always a fav of ours. Don't get your laundry done there, take it out - loads cheaper. Just outside the entrance way is a great bead/jewellery making shop, Alma's, the girls there will make anything for you. The superior rooms were great but the bathrooms weren't luxurious. The junior suites are far nicer. We stayed at the Padma last year and the superior rooms at Niksoma were bigger than the Padma, but the bathrooms at Padma were beautiful. The pools are greater, usually easy to get a lounge. This year we are in a villa, but I wanted to stay at the Niksoma! out voted this year!
