niksoma vs padma

Hi i have recently stayed at sofitel and the breakfast was great
does anyone know if the niksoma or padma do al la carte breakfast or is it served only on the buffet
does club members at padma have seperate breakfast area?

I am travelling to bali in march and need help deciding if padma or niksoma do a better breakfast and are they al la carte as well as buffet.
