I have done Casa Luna 2x and one in Nusa Dua. Can't remember what it was called but run by Heinz von Holzen. That was great and included a market tour and also to the fish markets, also you can purchase a beautiful recipe bookMuch more hands on than Casa Luna.
I have loved them all for different reasons.
