It's a great site to get info on Lombok.I would consider asking Gemma on Lombok Lovers for details about Anna's villa.We stayed at the Intan & I personally think Anna's villa is a lot nicer than either of the hotels you mentioned & it is also centrally located.It has a very nice pool as well.
If you only have limited time make sure you do the trip right down South ,the beaches are stunning there.Down south also are the villages where the pottery is made as well as a huge Co-op store.
We ate at many of the places in Sengiggi & they were all nice but we enjoyed the ones that had live music the most.
There are also a beachmarket stalls area right in town - just walk a little way North.Some good bargains on locally made items as well as Lombok pearls.Also nice massages available in the 2 storey building on the hillside in town.The one on the right side is better than the one on the left.
