I did the Casa Luna class with market tour in August 2005. There were way too many people in the class and they would all crowd up close to the small tables where everything was happening - instead of standing back so everyone had space to see. It was much much too hot to be all bunched up and trying to look over peoples shoulders, so I tended to stand back a lot and really didn't get to see much at all.
There were 20 or so people in the class from memory. All but 3 knew each other and they basically commandeered everything. The 3 of us left over basically got left out completely.
I'd recommend something with a smaller class size to be honest. No more than 10 people would be ideal.
