Once it starts to go down it goes fast, then it's dark. It's usually a matter of 10 or 15 minutes from daylight to dark.
You're unlikely to have any light when you arrive in Ubud. By the time you get off the plane, through immigration, VOA, customs etc and hit the road it could already be 5pm depending on how many flights come through at the same time.
