We were in 108 and it connected with 107. These rooms are on your left as you are walking towards the pool (and beach). There are rooms on the other side of the walkway too but not sure of these numbers.
Kettle yes, teabags & nescafe coffee yes, safe yes, comfy beds yes, spare pillows in cupboard.
Breakfast just enough for us amd we mixed it up. Had pancakes instead of eggs some days. Fruit and fruit juice instead of toast. They were fairly accomadating. Love eating brekky and watching the ocean. Very pleasant.
