In less than 24 hours after your post, I would have had one or more of our sponsors requesting that if you could spend a full day with your student, then they wanted to do the same as well.
In turn that would have meant many hours for me sending emails back and forth, until the sponsor was happy with my explaination:-(. I promise you that I'm not "having a go at you" . Just trying to put out the fire before it took hold.
I know that you are going to have a wonderful visit.
