Went to Bali for 10 days and we all got home at least 10 lbs. heavier each!
Every meal was a reason to celebrate! After all, we were back in our second hometown!

Le Spot @ Bali Deli ("Complete" - bacon, chicken sausages, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, 2 eggs the way u like them, coffee, tea or hot choc, and a juice of your choice - Rp 45,000)

Bubba Gumps - best shrimps ever! We loved their Popcorn Shrimp and Net Catch...

ACC Minang (By Pass Ngurah Rai - just near the airport turnoff)
Ayam Bakar Wong Solo (huge Indonesian chain featuring their specialty Grilled Chicken... only Rp 8,000 per quarter chicken (and local salad)- was recommended by our car rental guy.... its located on Jln Raya Kuta) (delicious!!!)
Soho (best burgers in the world!)
Tao (most expensive meal we had all trip.... but very tasty Thai)
Terrace Bar @ The Oasis Resort Benoa... (this was at one of the hotels we stayed at... we don't recommend the food here)
Bali Colada - didn't enjoy the food here either.
Dinners:
Trattoria - always a fab Italian meal here...

Bumbu Bali - after years of hearing abt this place on the forum, we finally decided to give it a go... it happened to be right next to the Oasis where we stayed, so very convenient!!! We'll definitely make it a regular pit-stop every trip! Great service, authentic Balinese food and superb ambiance... Worth the extra moolah...
Taste Restaurant - we ate at least 3 times here this trip... our son loves the servers... and we LOVE the food.... Example of a sit-down: 1 iced lemon tea, 1 bottle of Aqua, 1 Vanilla Milkshake, 1 Garlic Bread, Pumpkin Ravioli, Garlic Prawn with roasted vegetables and rice, and Local Tenderloin with roasted vegetables and potato au gratin - Rp 165,000 ... The escargots at this place are delish! So is the beef stroganoff...
By the way, if u had just the local tenderloin plate, it was only Rp 45,000!
Room service at Royal Bali Beach Club (Jimbaran) - some nites, our son begged us to stay home.... thank God the food was inexpensive and extremely good!
