No, you don't need to put 0011 in front. That's what the + is for. That applies regardless of which country you're in. So if you're in Australian, and you want to call your son in Bali on his mobile, which is 0410 123 456, you would call +62410123456. Exactly as Ali13t said. If you're in Bali, and want to call Oz, then you'd put +61410123456. Clear as mud?
