I think the one outside the Bali Garden Hotel is the Batan Waru or something similar & I agree it's nice.
Febris is lovely (same menu as Green Garden) but I like the atmosphere at Febris better.
We tried a traditional Balinese place futher down the road in Tuban that was very pretty looking with a large garden etc out front but weren't too happy with the food & the staff were not very friendly (we did take our 2 yo).
C Line in Tuban make the nicest banana pancakes & icecream.
