We will arrive late that night, staying 25 nights!
I absolutely love MBR and the beach sellers out on the beach infront of the MBR restaurant. We have made sooooo many friends over the years- the locals and guests staying at MBR.
I cant stand the long wait between visits, 4 weeks per year on annual leave just isn't enough. Next year my dear little 4 legged famiy person will be 10 and it really depends on his health as to whether I can return to Bali or not. At the moment I am torn between Bali and dear little Dudley. Either way, I will vow to help my friends over there if I can not visit. I think of them every day. I think of their priorities compared to mine and feel sad and sometimes rather selfish. But I have been raised in a different culure. If my fridge is getting low- i just go and buy and restock it,( we don't know what is like to live on basics)my kids go to school every day util they are almost 18, if we are sick we go to the doctor and get medicine, we buy new clothing and footwear when we outgrow our clothes and shoes. I go to work and make sales no matter what the weather or tourist numbers)My heart goes out to Bali and it's people. Sorry if I got a bit carried away, but I do believe that most of us really have not experienced the hardships that these amazing people have been thru- I don't know how they still manage a smile. My heart goes out to them. I wish that I could help in more ways.I just luv Bali!
