Sorry Stormy, I do not have the receipt on hand but will endeavour to locate it in the next couple of days.
The optometrist was diagonally across the road from the Matahari Store in Denpasar. There is at least one other optometrist across the road, but the one I purchased from is diagonally on the right as you cross the road toward it, coming from Matahari store.
The glasses were for a refractive error & are for everyday wear. I took my own script.
Incredibly, they were ready in 1 hour! I think this is pretty standard in most stores, though I did note that the optical dispensing stores in Discovery Mall, Kuta were a little more expensive. Goodluck!
