Can I use a standard mobile to ring/text Oz from Bali with a Bali sim card. Have heard about some mobiles needing to be 'unlocked' first?? Don't want to use global roaming, too expensive. Once we get Bali sim cards and new number then our group can keep in contact with each other?? Sorry for maybe sounding a bit dense!!!!!
