I've been flying to Bali since 1986 & I've experienced all of those setbacks, and some of them more than once. Last time I flew Garuda, which was Feb 2006 - they were excellent. I'm not bagging any particular airline, just pointing out that none of them are perfect & services can fluctuate between good and bad.
