12 trips still not been sick

Planning our 13th trip for July. Have never been sick nor any of my friends or family all who have been numerous times. we stay in average accomodation and eat from all the restaurants.
Have taken wipes but never used them, don't take inner health or other vitamins etc. Don't drink the water from the taps as it's cheep to buy. Some people wory them selves sick.
