I checked out the Heliconia villas last year.
We didn't stay there, but just having a look in the are in Seminyak.
The staff showed us about and we looked at the 1 bedroom villa with plunge pool. Looked like good value for money.
Excellent location - you are right in the middle of Eat St, so a short walk to some sensational dining options. It's not close to the beach, but that's not a priority for us anyway.
The space of the whole villa was small, compared to others we have stayed, but clean and well kept.
So I don't think you'd have any problems staying there, as I love the area around there and short drive to Kuta shopping.
I can't comment on Kecapi, never been there.
