hi, yes western union is very good, and reliable. I sent $100 on friday to a friend in bali, for dvds, and he collected it about 2hours later. All you need is there Full name and some times address. You get the forms from your local post office. When you have sent the money, you get a mcrn number, and you just send that number to the person your sending the money too and it should be all good and they should have the money in the next few hours after that. I have sent money a few times to bali , using western union, and i have no problem what so ever with it.
