Jetstar - $5 terminal transfer fee

Hi there,

My friend told me they had to pay a $5 transfer fee per person to go from Domestic Terminal to Int'l Terminal at Sydney Airport on MEL-SYD-VIETNAM flight. Is this the case for all flights going to Bali if a domestic transfer occurs?
