Go to their website (bountyhotel.com). If you go to the 'contact us' page, there's a booking form, but also on the left side of the page is a contact email address for reservations. rsvn@bountyhotel.com
I remember I just sent an email enquiring about prices and availability on certain dates and it was all done via email. They did email me a booking form I had to fax back to them, but no payment was required until I checked out. I think they took a credit card impression when I checked in, but can't remember for sure now as it was 18 months ago.
