I booked with them last july and they emailed me a week after confirming availibilty and takingthe money that there was a mistake and the hotel is fully booked and suggested another hotel i didnt like, i asked for a refund and they took a very very long time to refund and they used to ignore most of my emails when i asked about the status of my refund.
Most ppl who speak highly about the website were lucky to have had availibilty at the hotels,so things went smooth but most complains are from ppl who end up cancelling because this company is very bad when it comes to refunds.
