we just arrived home on wed, and l have to say in jetstars defence we had no problems either flight, most people on our flights seemed to agree they were good, there was the odd whinger complaining about not be able to buy a meal until well into the flight (after prepaid meals had been served) and some choices were unavailable by then, well l think if it bothers you that much prepay!!!!!! as for the rest of the jetstar issues, we were lucky as are many and had no delays we actually got there 25mins early. lts a budget airline and most have paid far less than normal for tickets, jetstar conditions clearly state what they are responsible for.
Just thought l'd try to ease the minds of those yet to fly with jetstar its not all bad, but that seems to be all we are hearing.
