I would be surprised if there were any specials in July as this is school holidays in Australia and leading into high season for Asia. Also most of the new hotel contracts with wholesalers have dropped the pay/stay deals so that will bump the prices up. Planes seem to be full so no need for cheaper airfares. At least from Perth.
