(about the proof reading).
It's these finger nails. I've got to remember to use the nail (not my finger) to press the keys.

I always look after the kids like I would my own.

I love my job and take it very seriously. Parents entrust their kids lives to you and i shouldn't be taken lightly. Kids can be emotionally scarred so easily.

20 minute lunch- assuming the teacher relieving you is not late, no-one has forgotten to get their jumper, has their shoe laces tied up, lost their lunch etc etc then you walk to the staffroom and fit in eating your lunch and going to the toilet (no toilet breaks).

Don't bother having a go at how easy I have it. I know the holidays are a bonus. It's one of the main reasons women go into teaching. Take them away and the teaching profession will be in worse shape than it is now. 50% of teachers will retire in the next 10 years.
I'll go back to writing up my program, printing labels for trays, lockers and books, writing out checklists and observations now. Then I might stop for lunch (after hanging another load of washing out).
What are you doing on your day off? Have a good one.
